2. Services for Companies

Companies hiring StuCode teams acknowledge that projects are primarily executed by students. While StuCode provides expert industry mentorship and vetting for every line of code, the delivery timeline and execution are structured to accommodate the academic nature of our workforce.

3. Internship Program

Students participating in the StuCode internship program agree to adhere to professional standards, meet project milestones, and maintain confidentiality regarding client data. StuCode reserves the right to terminate internships based on performance or violation of conduct codes.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate service contract, intellectual property rights for projects delivered to companies are transferred upon final payment. StuCode and student developers retain the right to showcase projects in their respective portfolios, subject to confidentiality agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

StuCode provides tech solutions at reduced costs reflecting our student-powered model. While we strive for excellence through mentor supervision, StuCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project deployments.

6. Modifications

StuCode reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
